With SO much information out there, here at Keep Fit Eat Fit we believe breaking this information down into easily digested bite-sized chunks is the way to go!
Trying to take in too much information on a single subject too quickly can create an information overload, meaning you may need to go back on certain parts over and over again.
My advice would be to choose 1 or 2 pieces of information per day and take as long as you need to fully digest all of the details until you feel you understand it fully.
This method will work very well with the way I have posted my blogs here on the website!
Every week we will have a number of blogs on this subject AND MORE, giving you plenty of time to take in all of the great information and start adapting it to your own personal routines.
