If you've not done much exercise before, and wondered where to start, you've come to the right place....
Hi everyone, today’s topic is "exercise for beginners".
This is something we can ALL relate to as at one point of time in our lives we were all beginners at whatever it is we do, whether it be work, sports or any other type of activity. So we know what it's like to feel like we're "new to the game".
This feeling alone is a huge reason why many people shy away from trying new things, especially hobbies and activities as we get older, due to the fear of being "judged" or even laughed at.
It's not a nice feeling and we have all felt it at one point or another in or lives.
But what if I told you that you don't need to feel this way when starting out with a new type of self-set goal?
Exercise should NEVER make you feel down or embarrassed!
This is something I can't stress enough.

Anyone who has set themselves a goal and then follows the necessary actions to get these goals accomplished gets our FULL respect here at Keep Fit Eat Fit.
It takes a lot of confidence to be able to look at yourself in the mirror and say "hey, I need to change something about the way I treat my body" and then to go and do it. Great courage.
Taking the first step is the hardest bit.
But it's not always easy to know where to go from there.
Gyms are not always the most hospitable of environments, and often not convenient.
Some are also very expensive and come with a minimum term so if you change your mind there's no flexibility.
But to start with any exercise programme you need someone to show you what to do, and the best way to learn is either face to face or on video.
